Pride 2024: Adele, Kehlani, Cressida Copwer

Hope everyone’s having a great Pride Month! Shoutout to the gays. From Adele clapping back at a homophobic audience member to Kehlani turning Weho Pride into a pro-Palestine march, celebs around the world were out here making pride political. Here’s the latest celebs at Pride, including one half of everyone’s favorite queerbaity Bridgerton ship.

At her Las Vegas residency, Adele shouted down a concertgoer who hollered “Pride sucks!” during her set. “Did you come to my fucking show and just say that Pride sucks?” she said. “Are you fucking stupid?”

Kehlani invited pro-Palestine demonstrators to march with them at West Hollywood Pride June 1. It’s a continuation of the messaging of their latest single, “Next 2 U,” which also expressed strong solidarity with Palestine.

Countess Luann performed at Mighty Hoopla in London, captioning a video of her performance “HAPPY PRIDE, BITCHES!”

Jessica Madsen, who plays Cressida Cowper on Bridgerton, reaffirmed her bi identity in a Pride post June 1. She was supported by the whole ton, including Julia Quinn. But does that mean Creloise will become canon???
